Randolph A. Link, 52, of 98 Farmingville Road,
Ridgefield, husband of Doris L. (Conrad) Link died on Wednesday
morning, June 6, 2001 at the Danbury Hospital after being stricken
ill at home.
Randy was born in Brooklyn, New York, August 12, 1948, a son of
the late E. Austin and Marie (DeLaunay) Little.
A resident of Ridgefield since 1955 coming from New York, he
graduated from the Carson-Law Military Academy of Philadelphia, PA.
For the past nine years, he was a traffic manager for Micro Powders,
Inc. of Tarrytown, NY.
Active in scouting and sports, he was a former baseball coach and
football coach as well as a Scoutmaster of Troop 116 and active in
the organ donor program.
He was a member of the Odd Fellows Lodge and of St. Stephen’s
Episcopal Church of Ridgefield.
In addition to his spouse of 25 years, Randy is survived by a
son, Matthew A. Link, a daughter, Heather M. Link and a grandson,
Joey D. Link all of Ridgefield.
Memorial Services will take place on Thursday, June 21st at 10
a.m. in St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, 351 Main Street, Ridgefield.
Interment will be private.
There will be no calling hours.

The Kane Funeral Home, 41 Catoonah Street, Ridgefield is in
charge of arrangements.
